Queen’s Historic 1986 Budapest Concert to Get Immersive London Revival at The Roundhouse

The Immersive Experience

• Concert Production: Features a giant LED screen with restored visuals, custom concert lighting, and remastered surround sound.

• Pre-Show & Atmosphere: Includes an 80s DJ set to kick off the event, photo opportunities, and an encouraging atmosphere for fans to wear Freddie-inspired looks.

• Exclusives: Access to original Queen archive memorabilia and exclusive event merchandise.

• Early Access: Takes place at the Roundhouse ahead of the concert film’s worldwide cinema and IMAX premiere on 7 October.

Recorded during Queen’s 1986 Magic Tour, the Budapest show was the first Western stadium rock concert held behind the Iron Curtain. It is also Queen's final filmed live performance with Freddie Mercury. The original 35mm film has been fully restored in 4K, with audio newly remixed from the original multitrack tapes.
