Roger Waters and his son Harry have shared details about ‘Legacy – A Pink Floyd Show’, a new tour that celebrates the “golden era” of Pink Floyd.

Roger is overseeing the production, while Harry is the musical director and will lead a 10-piece band, playing B3 organ, piano, and singing. Roger will not be performing in the shows as far as we are aware.

The tour kicks off in Columbus, Georgia on February 15, 2027, and will visit over 100 cities in North America and Europe. North American dates are out now, with European shows to be announced later.

    Recreating the "Golden Era"

‘Legacy’ will highlight Pink Floyd’s music from 1971 to 1979, featuring songs from ‘The Dark Side Of The Moon’, ‘Wish You Were Here’, ‘Animals’, and ‘The Wall’. Each concert will last over two hours and aims to closely match the original recordings.

“We are going to authentically recreate the albums as close to note-for-note as we possibly can,” Harry said.

Roger’s team has developed the stage production, which will feature visuals inspired by Pink Floyd’s original artwork, shown on high-definition LED screens.

    Production & Personal Connections

“These songs have meant so much to so many people for so many years, and I’m excited for audiences to come together and experience them live again,” Roger said. “Harry has assembled a terrific band, and I can’t wait for fans around the world to see the special show we’ve created together.”

Harry added, “I fell in love with the music immediately. It really had an impact on me, irrespective of any bias because it was Dad’s music. I still love it deeply to this day.”

“Collaborating with Dad on this new production is such an honor, and I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to bring this music to fans old and new, around the world.”

Harry has been involved with his father’s music for many years. As a child, his voice was featured on Pink Floyd’s ‘Goodbye Blue Sky’, and he later toured with Roger for over 15 years, including on ‘The Dark Side Of The Moon’ and ‘The Wall’ tours and at Desert Trip in 2016.
