    About Muse

Formed in Teignmouth, Devon in 1994, Muse have evolved from a frantic alternative rock trio into one of the most spectacularly ambitious stadium bands in the world. Led by the soaring falsetto and virtuoso guitar work of Matt Bellamy, alongside bassist Chris Wolstenholme and drummer Dominic Howard, the band merged the grandeur of progressive rock with heavy riffs, classical piano, and sci-fi conceptualism. Breaking through with the ferocious energy of Showbiz and Origin of Symmetry, Muse achieved global superstardom through operatic, multi-platinum masterworks like Absolution and Black Holes and Revelations. Their reputation for delivering some of the greatest live shows on the planet remains untouched, and their restless creative spirit continues into 2026 with the release of their tenth studio album, The Wow! Signal. Preceded by the old-school space-rock single "Cryogen" and the disco-infused "Nightshift Superstar", the band is supporting the new record with a monumental UK and European arena tour.
