From the moment you place your order, our team begins preparing your personalised design. We aim to dispatch all custom posters within 3 working days.
Once shipped, delivery is handled by trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail and Evri, using their 48-hour services. Most customers receive their posters within 5 working days from the date of order.
You’ll be updated every step of the way, and tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is on its way.
For the best results, choose a clear, high-quality photo that fills the entire upload area. This helps your image sit perfectly and ensures it prints centrally, without any empty edges or gaps.
When you upload your photo, you’ll see a live preview of your design and this is exactly how your final poster will be printed. So make sure everything looks right in the preview before placing your order.
Most smartphone photos work great, but if you’re unsure, feel free to email your image to support@britrockheaven.com and we’ll happily check it for you.
Absolutely. If you’d like small adjustments to your poster such as adding multiple photos, changing the photo placement, or tweaking the layout ; we’re more than happy to help.

We know mistakes happen, so don’t worry. Just double-check your details before placing your order to make sure everything’s perfect. Because each poster is printed exactly as you design it, we’re not able to replace or refund orders where the wrong information was entered.

Because of this, we don’t accept returns for things like change of mind or ordering the wrong item, but don’t worry, we always make things right if something goes wrong.
